This programme combines continuous monthly online learning throughout the year, with regular automated phishing simulations to keep staff alert and confident: they pause, question, and think before they react. Over time, behaviour shifts from impulsive clicks to safer judgement, curious mindsets and faster reporting of suspicious activities.
We work with clients to build an annual learning pathway of monthly videos suitable for departments and roles. You will have access to a learning repository, a library of training videos to select from.
Evidence is so important to be able to demonstrate steps taken to train staff appropriately. Dashboards track staff performance and provide evidence of who did what training, when and scores from quizzes obtained, which test retention for knowledge learnt. Minimal pass rates apply.
